The General Accounting department provides accounting services and financial support. The General Accounting Analyst is the dedicated liaison between the Controller Office and University operational unit(s) responsible for the management and/or generation of financial activity. This role is responsible for recording and reconciling activity within the general ledger (balance sheet and income statement accounts), ensuring this activity is in line with the operational units’ systems and records, and producing financial reports and schedules to support key stakeholders. This role coordinates significantly with other accounting analysts within general accounting and assist in supplying information for required tax, audit, and compliance filings.

The Office of Sponsored Programs administers the university’s research operations. The office coordinates all pre- and non-financial post-award functions for grants and research. It maintains the university’s Protection of Human Subjects program. The Grants Liaison will play a critical role supporting a portfolio of research grants within the School of Arts and Sciences. This role will ensure the timely and accurate administration of sponsored research grants, including the coordination of internal and external research partnerships during the pre-award application and post-award process. We are seeking a Grounds Landscape Maintenance Technician to work at the Catholic University.   The Facilities Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all university owned or leased buildings and any other facility assigned to the Facilities Maintenance Department as well as all grounds and vehicle/equipment assigned to the Facilities Maintenance Department. This position is classified as an essential position. Performs landscaping activities such as planning and layout of projects, grass cutting, leave removal, planting and cultivating shrubs, trees, turf and flowers, and pesticide applications. Operates landscaping equipment. The incumbent participates in emergencies such as, but not limited to, snow removal, storm prep and damage operations, etc. as requested. The incumbent will report to the Grounds Manager or Team Leader and assist in maintaining the campus plant life, turf, roads, parking areas, walks, exterior drains and equipment.
