In support of all aspects of the mission of Disability Support Services, of Student Affairs units, and the University, the Coordinator, Test Proctoring and Note Taking Services provides daily coverage to specific administrative functions of the office and general administrative support for all DSS staff within an active, student-centered, customer-oriented office environment. The projected salary range for this position, which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $45,000 to $51,000.
Provide primary leadership to DSS Test Proctoring Services to ensure that all workflow stages related to delivering test proctoring services are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide primary leadership to DSS Note Taking Support Services (GENIO) to ensure that services are utilized to maximize usage and understanding of this assistive technology resource.
Provide records management support for the department to ensure that critical information and process workflows regarding submitted Test Proctor and Note Taking Services have been handled in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop, maintain, and update functional resource handbooks, manuals, guidelines, and website information.
Contribute to department project work during the summer months (May-August), to enhance existing services or implement new initiatives for DSS-registered students and department stakeholders. Perform all other essential duties as assigned.
Formal Education and Practice Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one (1) year of post-degree experience working with students at the post-secondary level; experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. Experience working with students in other student affairs, higher education student service areas may also be considered.
