The Assistant Director for the MBA Program oversees the day-to-day administration, operations, and student services of the program. This role ensures that the MBA program delivers an exceptional academic and professional experience for students, maintains compliance with accreditation standards, and supports faculty in delivering high-quality instruction. The Assistant serves as the primary liaison between students, faculty, university leadership, and external stakeholders.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $90,000- $100,000.
1. Serve as a Program Champion and trusted mentor to students as a successful Program graduate
2. Be the day-by-day “Face of the Program” to students with email communications and personal involvement in Program activities
3. Onboard new students as they matriculate
4. Conduct Orientation Week
5. Ensure course schedules and classroom spaces are in place in advance of each semester
6. Liaison with BSB resources (Student Experience, Academic Services, Career Development) to ensure MBA students are receiving appropriate attention and customer service
7. Partner with the BSB Marketing team to develop compelling MBA messaging via the website and social media campaigns
8. Lead yield efforts by actively engaging admitted students and securing deposits
9. Plan and execute Special Events (CEO Speakers, Career Week, Wall Street, Gettysburg, Capstone Immersion, etc.)
10. Advise the Faculty Director on opportunities for Program improvements
