The Director of Career Strategy and Development leads the school’s strategic vision for continuously improving internship, co-op, and job placement for both undergraduate and graduate students. This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all Career Development programs and activities, so as to ensure that students are given opportunities to discern their career path, explore and obtain career opportunities and acquire applied learning experiences to maximize career placement prospects. This position is directly responsible for The Busch School job, internship, and co-op placements and alumni/ employer engagement.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $80,000-90,000.
