The Catholic University of America seeks a strategic enrollment professional with a collaborative nature and expertise in graduate enrollment best practices for the role of Dean of Graduate Admission. This position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and plays a key role in achieving the University’s graduate enrollment goals and objectives.
The Dean oversees the continuous assessment of the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, leads advertising and marketing efforts to promote graduate programs, and directs communications with prospective graduate students. In this capacity, the Dean will cultivate close working relationships with school deans, department chairs, program directors, enrollment systems and operations, financial aid, institutional research, the Division of University Communications, and University Advancement—while serving as a central liaison between graduate applicants and The Catholic University of America.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $169,000-174,000
The expectations for the Dean of Graduate Admission require that the successful candidate possess the ability and experience to accomplish the following responsibilities and priorities in these key areas:
Candidates should demonstrate a proven record of success in achieving enrollment goals, as well as exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A master’s degree is preferred, with at least five years of experience in higher education and a minimum of three years in a professional enrollment position.
